All warranty claims must be accompanied with pictures of the problem area and a full view of the door. Claims for exterior doors must also include pictures of the entire entry including any overhang.
Arch-TopDoors.com will forward your claim along with the pictures you sent us to the manufacturer. It can take 1-2 weeks for the manufacturer to reply with a decision.
